Jim & Nancy Hester have been in full-time ministry for almost 25 years. They have pastored, served on the mission field in several countries throughout the world, and are currently on staff at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. They are the founders and directors of Lamplighter Ministries and currently serve as District Pastors over 200 young adults serving in IHOPKC's Global Prayer Room. Jim serves as the Office Manager to the CEO, and Executive Director of International Ministries at IHOPKC. Jim & Nancy also serve as the International Pastoral Directors of OneEleven Global, and are on the board of Ends of the Earth Ministry with Ryan & Betty Kondo.
